PURPOSE OF THE CONTEST:
Get attention and feedback on the product from product purchasing decision makers.
MEMBERS OF THE EXPERT COUNCIL:
- food category buyers from 60 federal and regional retail chains;
- 30 wholesale and distribution companies;
- 70 procurement specialists of small retail companies.
CONTEST PROCEDURE:
1. Applications for the contest will be accepted electronically until November 18, 2025.
2. The application shall specify the name of the competitive product, its retail price, prepackaging options, packaging, volume and assortment line.
3. The competition samples must be delivered to the Peterfood organizing committee no later than November 18, 2025.
4. Competitive samples shall be placed on a display case at the exhibition.
5. The members of the expert council evaluate the samples in terms of sales in the stores within 3 days.
6. If there is a company stand at the exhibition, members of the Expert Council have the opportunity to taste the competition samples or get additional information from the company representatives.
7. Based on the results of the evaluation, members of the Expert Council fill out a questionnaire in which they note the most promising and interesting product in terms of sales in their store.
8. Based on the vote count, the winning products of the contest are determined.
AWARDING
- The winners of the competition are awarded with Diplomas and medals of the Open Retail Chains Choice Contest;
