Rules for Visiting the Peterfood Exhibition
Exhibition dates and opening times for visitors:

Please note! Every day 50 minutes before the end of the exhibition, visitor registration closes. The exhibition is open for exit only.

When visiting the International Food Exhibition PETERFOOD (hereinafter referred to as Peterfood), you must comply with these Rules, which are established to ensure your safe and comfortable stay at the event.

1) Visiting the Peterfood Exhibition is only possible if the visitor has familiarized himself or herself with these Rules and agrees to them.

2) Entry to the territory of the event is carried out on the basis of a visitor badge of the established sample, the issuance of which is a confirmation of the visitor's registration at the event. The visitor badge is issued on the basis of a personal electronic ticket.

3) On the days of the event there are age restrictions on admission of visitors to the event, which are indicated on the official website, registration desks, e-tickets.

4) Entry to the exhibition is possible only for professional visitors. To confirm the professional status, the organizer of the exhibition has the right to ask the visitor to provide a supporting document: his/her own business card, power of attorney or official letter of the represented organization, and other documents indicating the professional status of the visitor.

The following categories of visitors, at least 18 years of age, are eligible to attend:

● Purchasing managers of retail companies;
● Category managers of retail companies;
● Purchasing managers of wholesale and distribution companies;
● HoReCa buyers;
● Executives and managers of FMCG companies;
● Specialists of companies producing equipment and services for retail trade;
● Specialists of chains retailing;
● PR-specialists and marketing managers;
● Accredited media.

Students of specialized higher and secondary educational institutions are admitted only accompanied by a representative of the educational institution according to the list certified by the administration of the educational institution and previously agreed with the organizers.

Persons under 18 years of age are not allowed to enter the Peterfood exhibition area, including those accompanied and/or with the consent of their parents or legal representatives.

5) Upon entering the ExpoForum territory, visitors shall undergo special control and personal inspection, including inspection of hand luggage and personal belongings (Federal Law No. 35-FL “On Countering Terrorism” dated 06.03.2006, Law No. 2487-1 “On Private Detective and Security Activities in the Russian Federation” dated 11.03.1992, Federal Law No. 150-FL “On Weapons” dated 13.12.1996).

6) It is forbidden to be in the exhibition territory in a condition and in a form that does not correspond to the business nature of the exhibition and generally accepted norms of behavior, as well as to commit actions that violate public order.

7) Visitors are obliged to comply with the requirements of the exhibition organizer to comply with the rules established in the field of consumer protection and human welfare.

8) Fire evacuation plans are located at the entrances to ExpoForum exhibition pavilions and should be familiarized with them in case of emergency.

9) In the event of an emergency on the territory of ExpoForum, they shall comply with the requirements of the administrators, organizers and employees of ExpoForum.

10) If a visitor discovers abandoned items or suspicious objects on the territory, he/she shall immediately notify an ExpoForum employee or the information desks located at the entrance to the exhibition complex.

It is forbidden to:
● transfer badges to third parties. The organizer has the right to check the compliance of the name and surname indicated on the badge with the name and surname of the visitor, for which purpose the person controlling the entrance to the event has the right to demand from the visitor an identity document;
● enter the territory of the event with animals and children under 18 years of age;
● bring any kind of firearms, gas and cold weapons;
● bring explosives, flammable materials, pyrotechnics of all kinds, poisonous, poisonous and caustic substances;
● carry alcoholic beverages, narcotic and psychotropic substances, be in a state of alcoholic, narcotic or toxic intoxication;
● organize and hold unauthorized meetings, demonstrations, marches, picketing, as well as unauthorized advertising campaigns and flash mobs on the territory;
● begging, polluting and littering the territory of Expoforum;
● be in dirty clothes, with luggage, objects, products that may stain visitors and exhibits;
● smoke in buildings and in the open area, except for specially designated places marked with yellow lines (Federal Law No. 15-FZ dated February 23, 2013 “On Protection of Citizens' Health from Exposure to Ambient Tobacco Smoke, Consequences of Tobacco Consumption or Consumption of Nicotine-Containing Products”);
● hinder the performance of official duties by the employees of ExpoForum and the organizers of the exhibition, fail to comply with their requirements to observe these Rules, maintain public order and ensure access control and internal security regime.

Visitors may not be admitted to the Peterfood exhibition, or may be removed from the event in the following cases:
● in case of refusal to undergo a personal search, including refusal to present for inspection hand luggage and personal belongings, as well as an identity document;
● in case of being in a state of alcoholic, narcotic or toxic intoxication;
● attempting to enter the exhibition area with items prohibited for entry;
● when committing actions that violate public order, as well as begging;
● failure to fulfill the requirements of these Rules and officials in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

Rules of Participation in the Peterfood Exhibition
1. This document is a full-fledged annex to the invoice-agreement of participation in the exhibition and determines the order of interaction between the parties - Participants of the contract.
2. the Organizer - “KVK ‘Imperia Forum’ Ltd.
3. Participant, Exhibitor - a legal entity that has signed the Application for participation in the exhibition, concluded an agreement with the Organizer and paid the rental of exhibition space and registration fee.
4. Venue - St. Petersburg, St. Petersburg highway, 64/1, Expoforum Fairgrounds.
Exhibition dates and working hours for exhibitors:
Installation of the exhibition: November 22 and 23, 2024 10:00-18:00 for developers; November 24, 2025 10:00-18.00 arrival of exhibitors
Exhibit hours for exhibitors: November 25-27, 2025 8:00-19:00 a.m.
Dismantling of the exhibition: November 27, 2025 18:00-21:00
Exhibition dates and opening hours for visitors: November 25-26, 2025 10:00-18:00, November 27, 2025 10:00-16:00

5. To formalize participation in the exhibition, the exhibitor should send an application for participation in the exhibition.
The invoice for participation in the exhibition for space rental and services must be paid in full by the due date specified in the invoice. Companies that have not paid the debt for the space or additional equipment before the start of the installation will not be allowed to install the exposition.

6. Arrival at the exhibition/installation
6.1 The Exhibitor shall obtain a pass (badge) to work in the exhibition area from the Organizer on the day of installation of the exhibition (at the rate of 1 badge per 2 square meters; more badges shall be agreed with the Organizer individually).
6.2 If necessary, the Exhibitor shall obtain a car pass from the Organizer for access to the loading and unloading area. The pass must be given to the security representative at the entrance to the territory.
6.3 The Participant shall deliver and install the exhibits by his/her own means within the deadlines set by the Organizer.
6.4 The Exhibitor shall check that the stand is completed in accordance with the Application Form and the payment made. If the stand is incomplete or incomplete, or in case of equipment defects, the Exhibitor shall notify the Organizer's representative to eliminate the defects.
6.5 In case of ordering an unequipped exhibition area, the Exhibitor shall agree with the Exhibition Organizer, no later than 2 weeks before the date of installation of the Exhibition, on the stand construction project, as well as other conditions of the exhibition stand equipment requiring external connections to the communications of the exhibition pavilion.
6.6 The construction of exhibition stands shall be permitted to the companies agreed upon with the Exhibition Organizer.
6.7 Exhibition services ordered during the exhibition set-up period and during the exhibition shall be paid at double tariff and shall be provided only after payment.
6.8 In case of non-compliance with the terms and time specified for the installation of the Exhibition, the Exhibitor shall pay for additional installation time at the relevant rates set by the Exhibition Organizer.

7. Work at the exhibition.
7.1 The Exhibitor shall be obliged to set up and open its exhibition stand before the exhibition opens to visitors.
7.2 The Exhibitor shall keep the stand in order, comply with the rules of sanitation and fire safety.
7.3 The Exhibitor shall not interfere with the actions of other Exhibitors and visitors. Not to move the stand without the approval of the Organizer's representative, not to clutter the aisles with its products and packing containers.
7.4 The Exhibitor shall have the right to advertise its products inside the exhibition area provided to it. The Exhibitor's advertising shall correspond to the objectives and content of the exhibition and shall not carry information that may cause indirect or direct damage to the image and/or activities of the Organizer. The Exhibitor's advertising activities outside the stand (placement of advertisements, distribution of promotional products, PR-actions, etc.) must be agreed with the Organizer.
7.5 The Organizer of the Exhibition (providing access control and organizing maintenance of public order in the Exhibition area during the daytime and general security of the exposition at night) shall not be liable for loss or damage to exhibits and other material valuables belonging to the Exhibitor, its agent or persons working for the Exhibitor or invited by the Exhibitor during the Exhibition opening hours.
7.6 The Exhibitor shall not, without the Organizer's consent:
- Use an area larger than the size of the declared area;
- Occupy the aisles between the stands with their exhibits and equipment;
- Transfer the stand to third parties;
- Use tape on the walls and structures of the building and on the Organizer's equipment;
- Eliminate malfunctions of the regular electrical equipment by own efforts.

8. After the closing of the exhibition/dismantling.
8.1 The Exhibitor shall not finish its work at the stand before the end of the exhibition.
8.2 Upon completion of the exhibition, the Exhibitor shall hand over the equipment (additional equipment rented from the Organizer) to the Organizer's representative.
8.3 After handing over the equipment, the Exhibitor shall receive a pass that gives the right to remove its exhibits from the exhibition area.
8.4 The Exhibitor's failure to vacate the exhibition area after the end of the Exhibition shall result in the payment of a fine to the Exhibition Organizer in the amount established by the Exhibition Organizer.
8.5 The Exhibition Organizer shall not be liable for the property of the Exhibitor who fails to remove its exhibits from the exhibition area in time.

9. Other Conditions.
9.1 The Exhibitor shall be responsible for the content and accuracy of informational advertising materials submitted to the Exhibition Organizer, for compliance of informational advertising materials with the requirements of the Law of the Russian Federation “On Advertising”.
Any sound and moving advertising shall be agreed upon with the Organizer in writing to avoid interference with other participants of the Exhibition.
9.2 It is strictly prohibited to place advertisements of third-party exhibition events, as well as advertisements and promotional materials of organizations, institutions, firms and companies not directly participating in the Exhibition within its exhibition stand. In case of violation of this provision, the Organizer reserves the right to apply sanctions to the Exhibitor up to the closure of the exhibition stand without any compensation and refund of funds paid by the Exhibitor to the Organizer for participation in the Exhibition.
9.3 The Organizer shall not be liable for cancellation or postponement of the event due to terrorist threat, emergency evacuation, epidemic, cancellation of the event due to coronavirus, fire, flood, decision of the Government of the Russian Federation and/or St. Petersburg and Leningrad region, including the introduction of self-isolation regime, high alert regime, emergency regime, any other regime entailing restriction of movement of citizens, restriction of trade activities, restriction of transportation (movement) of goods and services.
The Organizer shall have the right to postpone the event due to force majeure, notifying the Exhibitor by e-mail of the decision to postpone the event and the date to which it is postponed, within 5 (Five) working days from the date of such decision. In this case the Parties shall set off the previously paid money against the postponed event. The date of the new event shall be determined by the Organizer independently with obligatory notification of the Exhibitor.
9.4 In case of postponement of the event for the reasons specified in 9.3. The Exhibitor shall not be entitled to claim from the Organizer reimbursement of expenses incurred as a result of such consequences.
9.5 The Exhibitor shall have the right to withdraw from participation by notifying the Organizer by e-mail about the decision taken no later than 60 days prior to the exhibition start date. In this case, the Exhibitor shall be refunded 100 (one hundred) percent of the amount paid without any additional deductions.
9.6 The refund shall be made only on the basis of the original letter (according to the Organizer's form) of refund signed by an authorized representative of the Exhibitor.
9.7 In case of the Exhibitor's refusal to participate in the exhibition within less than 60 days prior to the exhibition start date, the Parties shall set off the previously paid money against the Exhibitor's participation in the exhibition in the next event.
9.8 The Exhibitor's refusal to participate in the exhibition shall not entail the return by the Organizer of the funds transferred by the Exhibitor under this Agreement at the time of sending the relevant notice. The funds transferred under this Contract at the time of sending the relevant notice shall be withheld by the Organizer as a penalty. From the moment of termination of this Contract, the Organizer shall be entitled to use the exhibition area allocated to the Exhibitor at its own discretion.
9.9 If the Exhibitor fails to use the Organizer's services or does not use them in full in the absence of the Organizer's fault, the total cost of the Organizer's services shall not be changed and the Organizer shall be entitled to demand payment of the contract price in full from the Exhibitor. In addition, if the event is held on the scheduled dates, the Exhibitor will be provided and built up exhibition space in the amount specified in clause 1 .1., but the Exhibitor for any reasons not related to the Organizer's work (e.g., but not limited to: fear of going to the exhibition due to epidemiological situation, poor health, late arrival of the vehicle to the exhibition) does not come to the exhibition and does not accept the exhibition area, then the Exhibitor's services shall be considered rendered in full, and the Organizer shall have the right to demand full payment for the contract from the Exhibitor.
9.10. The Exhibition Organizer shall not be liable for failure to provide the Exhibitor with passports and entry visas, customs documents for importing the Exhibitor's property into the country of the Exhibition. Any unsuccessful attempts of the Exhibitor to obtain these documents from the relevant authorities shall not release the Exhibitor from fulfilling the terms and conditions of the Application for participation in the Exhibition.
9.11. The Exhibition Organizer's obligations to organize and hold the Exhibition (provided there are no written claims from the Exhibitor) shall be deemed fulfilled in full and with proper quality on the day of dismantling the Exhibition.
9.10. All disputes and disagreements that may arise between the Exhibitor and the Exhibition Organizer in connection with the performance of their obligations to organize and hold the Exhibition shall be settled by negotiations. If the Parties fail to reach an agreement in the course of negotiations, the dispute shall be referred to the Arbitration Court at the location of the respondent.

10. The Organizer, Exhibitors and Contractors shall comply with the requirements of the Federal Law “On Fire Safety” dated September 16, 2020 No. 1479, the Federal Law “Technical Regulations on Fire Safety Requirements” dated July 11, 2008 No 123-FL, the Fire Regulations in the Russian Federation (approved by the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation dated April 25, 2012. No 390.
11. The Organizer, Exhibitors and Contractors shall comply with the Recommendations for exhibitors of exhibitions, on carrying out preventive measures to prevent the spread of new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) in the course of exhibition activities, prepared on the basis of the Methodological Recommendations MR 3.1/2.1 0198-20 dated 26.06.2020. Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare.
12. The Organizer, Exhibitors and Contractors shall bear full responsibility for violation of the rules in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
